How do I see my subscription?

Log into the Customer Portal by connecting the wallet you originally paid with. Once you are logged in, you will see the company (or companies) you are paying for with Loop. By clicking on the company name, you will see the subscription plan you currently have with that company.


The status of the subscription will be shown. You can also adjust your authorization to ensure it is high enough for any upcoming payments.
